The 2025 World Robot Conference will be held from August 8th to 12th at the Beiren Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Yu Shu Technology founder, CEO, and CTO Wang Xingxing said, "When robots really start working, the whole society's concept of robots will undergo a significant change. I believe that in the future, when robots can really do a lot of work, the country can completely tell companies that each robot must pay taxes when it leaves the factory." Wang Xingxing gave an example, "For example, what kind of work a robot does and how much tax it generates in value should be directly paid to the country. I think this is completely feasible. The premise is that robots can truly do many things like humans. It may have significant progress in 2-3 years, or slower progress in 3-5 years, but I believe it is highly unlikely to exceed 10 years."
