According to the announcement of Chunli Medical, the company, along with Nanchang Defu Investment Consulting Partnership Enterprise and other partners, jointly invested in the Nanchang Defu Fourth Phase Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise. Chunli Medical, as a limited partner, used its own funds of 50 million RMB to subscribe for a share of the partnership enterprise, accounting for 9.2105% of the fund shares. The main focus of the partnership enterprise is on companies/projects in the medical and health industry that are in the growth or mature stage.
