Hubei Provincial Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a level orange rainstorm warning at 6:58 on August 10: it is expected that today, there will be heavy rain to rainstorms in the southern part of Shiyan, Shennongjia, Enshi, Yichang, Jingmen, Jingzhou, Tianmen, Xiantao, Qianjiang, Xiaogan, Wuhan, the central and northern parts of Huanggang, Ezhou, and the northern part of Xianning, with localized heavy rain in Enshi, Yichang, and the northern part of Huanggang.
