The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning for heavy rain at 10:00 on August 10th.

It is expected that from 14:00 on August 10th to 14:00 on August 11th, there will be heavy to torrential rain in parts of southern Jiangsu, northern Shanghai, central Anhui, southeastern Henan, Hubei, northern Hunan, northern Guizhou, northeastern Yunnan, Sichuan Basin, Chongqing, southern Shaanxi, central Inner Mongolia, northeastern Heilongjiang, Hainan Island, and Taiwan Island. Among them, there will be heavy rain in parts of central Jiangsu, western and eastern Anhui, southwestern and eastern Hubei, central-western and southern Sichuan Basin, western Chongqing, northwestern Guizhou, and northeastern Yunnan. The above-mentioned areas will experience short-term heavy rainfall, localized thunderstorms, and strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
