On the evening of August 15, Vanke A announced that its holding subsidiary, Dongguan Wanwei Supply Chain Co., Ltd., recently applied for a loan of 95.5 million yuan from Dongguan Rural Commercial Bank, with a term of 15 years. Subsequent withdrawals will be made in a timely manner according to business needs. The company's holding subsidiary, Shanghai Wanwei Yueguan Supply Chain Co., Ltd., provides pledge guarantees for this financing by holding 100% equity of Dongguan Wanwei. After this guarantee, the total amount of external guarantees by the company and its holding subsidiaries will be 85.476 billion yuan, accounting for 42.18% of the audited net assets as of the end of 2024.
