China Shenhua announced that, based on the shareholder return plan and the company's operating conditions, the company plans to distribute profits for the mid-year of 2025. The amount of profit distribution for the mid-year shall be no less than 75% of the net profit attributable to shareholders achieved by the company in the first half of 2025, and shall not exceed the net profit attributable to shareholders achieved during that period. This plan shall be submitted to the board of directors for review along with the company's mid-year report for 2025, and shall be implemented after approval by the shareholders' meeting.
