China Shenhua (601088.SH) announced that based on the shareholder return plan and considering the company's operating situation, the company plans to distribute mid-term profits in 2025. The amount distributed will not be less than 75% of the net profit attributable to shareholders achieved by the company in the first half of 2025, and will not exceed the net profit attributable to the company's shareholders during that period. This plan needs to be submitted to the board of directors for review together with the company's 2025 interim report, and implemented after approval by the shareholders' meeting.
