Shijii Information (002153.SZ) subsidiary signs major contract with MGM Grand.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Shiji Information (002153.SZ) announced on August 12, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shiji (Macau) Limited (referred to as "Shiji Macau") and Shiji Singapore Pte Ltd. (referred to as "Shiji Singapore", collectively referred to as the "Provider") signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with MGM Grand Paradise S.A. (referred to as the "Customer" or "MGM Grand Paradise"). DAYLIGHT PMS has been certified by MGM Grand Paradise as the standard for their next generation cloud PMS system. The company will provide the customer and its affiliated companies with the new generation cloud architecture enterprise hotel information management system DAYLIGHT PMS and related products and services in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, replacing the customer's existing PMS.
