In terms of news, the company disclosed a major financing plan on the evening of August 14th, announcing agreements with 11 subscribers to issue a total of approximately 915 million new shares, with a subscription price of HK$1.45 per share, and an expected total fundraising of approximately HK$1.326 billion. It is estimated that the new shares issued this time will account for approximately 10.05% of the company's existing issued share capital. After deducting relevant expenses, the net proceeds raised will be approximately HK$1.321 billion, which will be proportionally invested in four core areas.
