Feng Linghui, spokesperson for the National Bureau of Statistics, said at a press conference of the National Information Office that in the first half of the year, final consumption expenditure contributed 52% to economic growth, an increase of 7.5 percentage points compared to the previous year. From January to July, the total volume of imports and exports of goods increased by 3.5% year-on-year, with rapid growth in both the volume of goods turnover and passenger turnover. With the deepening of the construction of a unified national large market, the governance of enterprises in accordance with laws and regulations to address disorderly competition, promote the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade, and vigorously stimulate the vitality of market entities, the domestic and international dual circulation will be further smooth.
