Some portions of high-speed highways in Henan Province are prohibited from allowing vehicles to enter due to rain.

This morning, the Henan Provincial Highway Traffic Police Command Center issued a reminder, due to rainfall, certain sections of the highways in the Zhengzhou and Zhoukou areas are prohibited for vehicles to enter.
