Recently, the Xinzang Railway Limited Company was established, with Ma Yinjun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 95 billion RMB. According to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, Xinzang Railway Limited Company was established on August 7, 2025, with China National Railway Group Limited Company as its legal shareholder. Ma Yinjun serves as the chairman of Xinzang Railway Limited Company, and Zhou Junwei serves as the manager.
