Rui Feng Bank: Antu Motors plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 1.20%.

Rui Feng Bank announced that Antu Automobile plans to reduce its holdings of Rui Feng Bank shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement for a total of no more than 23.55 million shares, which is not more than 1.20% of Rui Feng Bank's total share capital.
