According to the Fujian Provincial People's Government website, the "Implementation Opinions of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Fujian Provincial People's Government on Promoting High-quality and Sufficient Employment in an All-round Way" was released to the public on August 5th. It proposes implementing the priority of employment. Making high-quality and sufficient employment a priority goal for economic and social development, incorporating it into national economic and social development plans, promoting coordination and concerted efforts in fiscal, investment, consumption, industry, pricing, regional, and employment policies. Local governments should allocate special funds for employment in the fiscal budget according to the employment situation and goals, strengthen the priority employment policy, invest more resources in people, promote full employment, improve employment quality, and ensure stable employment situation.
