Ma Yinglong: Controlling shareholder China Baoan releases pledge of 50 million shares.

Ma Yinglong announced that the controlling shareholder of the company, China Baoan, has released a pledge of 50 million shares, accounting for 39.63% of its holdings and 11.60% of the total share capital of the company. The release of the pledge will take effect on August 4, 2025. After the release of the pledge, China Baoan's holdings will no longer be pledged. Currently, there are no future pledge plans for the released shares.
