Cuiwei Corporation: Director Ning Haiyong resigns.

On June 24th, Tsui Micro announced that the company director, Ning Haiyong, has applied to resign from his position as director due to work reasons. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. Ning Haiyong's resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors.
