Turkey conducts anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on synthetic and man-made short fiber fabrics imported from China.

On June 23, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued announcement No. 2025/11, reaffirming the affirmative final ruling on the fourth anti-dumping sunset review of synthetic and artificial short fiber textiles originating from China. It was decided that the anti-dumping duty determined in announcement No. 2019/4 dated December 31, 2018 will be maintained, and the implicated products will continue to be subject to an anti-dumping duty of 44% of the CIF value. The Turkish tariff numbers for the implicated products are 55.13, 55.14, 55.15, and 55.16. The measures will take effect from the date of the announcement and will be valid for a period of five years.
