L'Oreal, on the other hand, responded by saying, "There is no withdrawal of investment." On September 9, 2022, L'Oreal China's investment company "Shanghai Meicifang Investment" announced a minority equity investment in Wenxian and received support from L'Oreal Group's strategic innovation venture capital fund, BOLD.
