The 2025 New Energy Vehicle Rural Promotion Campaign, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the National Energy Administration, was launched in Rugao, Jiangsu on the morning of June 15th. A representative from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that this year's campaign also encourages participation from various market players in the fields of new energy vehicle production, sales, finance, charging facilities, and after-sales services. By combining policies such as "scrappage and replacement", tailored integrated promotion packages will be designed for consumers, providing incentives, energy support, and service guarantees.
