Sanhui Electric: Intends to jointly establish a virtual power plant and digital energy consumption management with Zuo Lin Yongjia.

Recently, Sanhui Electric's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Sanhui New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Zuolin Yongjia Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties plan to establish a joint venture company to jointly focus on virtual power plants, zero carbon parks, energy management, and digital energy businesses.
