The Xiamen Securities Regulatory Bureau has recently learned that in order to help listed companies in its jurisdiction actively respond to changes in the external environment and support the high-quality development of listed companies, the Xiamen Securities Regulatory Bureau, together with the Xiamen Municipal Committee's Financial Office, has implemented a mechanism for regular visits to listed companies. They have visited many listed companies such as Jindawei, Songlin Technology, Yingqu Technology, and Jianlin Home Furnishings, to understand the overall business situation of the companies, listen to their difficulties, coordinate and solve problems, guide companies to timely adjust their strategic layout, increase research and development innovation, utilize tools such as increasing holdings, repurchasing shares, and dividend distribution to strengthen market value management, promptly respond to and disclose external impacts, and stabilize investor confidence.
