CITIC TELECOM (01883) announced its annual performance for the year ended December 31, 2024, with total revenue of HK$9.573 billion, a decrease of 4.1% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$910 million, a decrease of 26.1% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were 24.6 HK cents, with a proposed final dividend of 12.8 HK cents per share. For the year 2024, telecommunications service revenue was HK$8.045 billion, a decrease of 6.1% or HK$524 million compared to the previous year. The decrease was mainly due to a reduction in enterprise business revenue and information service revenue under international telecommunications business, partially offset by increases in mobile communication services and internet business revenue. In 2024, the Group's sales revenue of mobile phones and devices reached HK$1.528 billion, an increase of 7.8% or HK$110 million compared to the previous year.
