("Shandong Yandu") intends to sign a "Buy-Sell Contract" with Jiangsu Su Hao Innovative Technology Group Co., Ltd. ("Jiangsu Su Hao") to purchase the supporting liquid storage system, chromatography system, filling materials, and reaction bags needed for the production workshop of the recombinant human nerve growth factor eye drops in the Shandong Weiming Biomedical Industry Park project. The total contract price is 53.978 million yuan.

Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment (603800.SH) wholly-owned subsidiary participates in subscribing for equity investment funds.
