Announcement of Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment (603800.SH): Recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Levi Investment, signed a "Boji Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" (referred to as the "Partnership Agreement") and a "Supplementary Agreement to the Boji Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" (referred to as the "Supplementary Agreement") with Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Manager" "Zongheng Jinding"). Under the premise of ensuring the daily operational funding needs and overall investment risk control, in order to further expand the investment field and make full use of the experience and resources of professional institutions, Levi Investment, as a limited partner, has invested RMB 10 million of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares. Zongheng Jinding is a general partner of the fund and also serves as the fund manager.
