On September 26th, the first Qijiku heavy truck battery swap station co-operated by Sinopec and CATL officially started operation at Fuzhou Yuxi Jinghong Station. According to the introduction, the station is located at the intersection hub of G15 Shenhai Expressway and National Road 324. It is also a key station in the national network of Qijiku battery swap stations, mainly serving heavy trucks traveling on the G15 Shenhai Expressway, connecting the major transportation arteries of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and effectively radiating to important logistics hubs such as Jiangyin Port and Putian Port, becoming an important energy supply node for the North-South electric heavy truck freight network. The battery swap station put into operation this time will open up the coastal green freight corridor and greatly improve the efficiency of electric heavy truck battery replenishment for coastal road freight.
