Highlighting five major risks prevention, the transportation department spares no effort to ensure the safety of holiday travels.

During this year's Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, there will be a peak of travel. At a press conference held today, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport Li Yang stated that the Ministry of Transport will fully utilize the comprehensive transport security mechanism established by the State Council to accelerate the construction of a strong transportation nation, strengthen coordination and tracking, enhance monitoring and analysis of key hubs, regions, and congested areas, continue to implement the "thirty measures", focus on the prevention of five major risks including adverse weather, congestion on busy roads, long queues for charging of new energy vehicles, safety of tour boats and ferries, and 13 categories of major hazards, especially in implementing the control of major hazards, ensuring everyone's safe and smooth travel during the holiday. The ministry will focus on ensuring travel safety, strengthening service supply, optimizing service measures, and improving service quality and efficiency.
