Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group, together with Guotai Junan Securities and Sea & Capital, launched the establishment of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Strategic Industry Cornerstone Investment Fund.

At the 2025 Investors' Meeting of Shen Shi Capital, Shen Shi Group and Guotai Haitong completed a signing ceremony to jointly establish the Shanghai-Hong Kong Strategic Industrial Cornerstone Investment Fund. The establishment of this fund aims to provide financing support for enterprises in their "last mile" before listing, and is also an important initiative for Shanghai and Hong Kong to deepen their cooperation in serving the strategic industrial development of Shanghai. With the launch of the cornerstone fund, the fund matrix layout of Shen Shi Capital will be further expanded, making it one of the few domestic institutions that cover the entire stages of equity investment.
