International gold prices increased by about 0.4%, while silver prices rose by about 2.9%.

On Thursday's New York closing, spot gold rose by 0.38% to $3750.16 per ounce, showing a W-shaped trend throughout the day, trading between $3722.17 and $3761.60. COMEX gold futures also rose by 0.38% to $3782.60 per ounce. The Philadelphia Gold and Silver Index closed up by 0.95% at 284.86 points. The NYSE ARCA Gold Miners Index rose by 0.58% to 2046.82 points. Before the US stock market opened at 21:30 Beijing time, it fluctuated narrowly near 2035 points, falling below 2025 points at the opening and then rebounding quickly. Spot silver rose by 2.87% to $45.2326 per ounce.
