Minister Wang Xiangxi of the Ministry of Emergency Management introduced at the "High-Quality Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" series theme press conference held by the State Council Information Office on September 24th that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China has established a national emergency command headquarters, ensuring 24-hour audio and video communication with emergency command headquarters at the provincial, municipal, and county levels. It has established an emergency command system that is connected from top to bottom and coordinated, strengthened its integrated response to natural disasters, proactively prepared emergency forces, and fought an overall battle to prevent major disasters and respond to major risks.
