Beijing releases salary data report, with a median annual salary for artificial intelligence technology exceeding 310,000 yuan.

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security released the "2025 Beijing Human Resources Market Salary Data Report". The survey data shows that the salary levels in various industries in 2024 are showing differentiated growth trends. Among them, strategic emerging industries represented by integrated circuits, new generation information technology, intelligent/high-end manufacturing, digital economy, new energy, and intelligent connected vehicles continue to lead in terms of salary levels. The salary levels in life service industries such as transportation/logistics, catering/accommodation are also steadily increasing. According to the "Report" reviewed by reporters, in emerging industries, the median annual salary for artificial intelligence engineering technicians is 312,684 yuan, for big data engineering technicians it is 316,388 yuan, for automotive application engineering technicians it is 296,955 yuan, and for artificial intelligence trainers it is 181,023 yuan.
