The four-day 2025 Pujiang Innovation Forum closed last night, announcing multiple achievements to support the development of China's scientific and technological innovation ecosystem and future industries. At the 2025 Pujiang Innovation Forum, the relevant agencies of the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly released the "China Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Annual Report 2025". The annual report shows that in 2024, a total of 4,059 universities and research institutions nationwide had a total contract amount of 226.91 billion yuan in technology transfer, an increase of about 10% year-on-year, and the conversion activity continued to rise. At the same time, the "2025 Shanghai Science and Technology Achievement Transformation White Paper", "Guidelines for Evaluation of Science and Technology Achievements in Medical Institutions" group standards, and the "Concept Verification Center Platform Construction and Service Guidelines" local standards were simultaneously released. Among them, the "Guidelines for Evaluation of Science and Technology Achievements in Medical Institutions" was led by the Science and Technology Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, jointly drafted by 25 institutions, and clarified the principles, indicator system construction methods, and process specifications of the evaluation of medical institution science and technology achievements with the purpose of transformation and promotion, to help improve innovation efficiency in the field of health.
