Zhongtian Technology stated on the interactive platform on September 22 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongtian Jintou Co., Ltd. subscribed to the equity of Beijing Zhongmov Digital New Economy Industrial Fund Partnership Enterprise in December 2023. According to the prospectus of Moore Thread, the fund holds equity in Moore Thread.
