Kyushu Communication: Holding Subsidiary Participating in the Establishment of Industrial Fund, Holding 7.14% Stake.

Kyushu Tong Notice, a subsidiary of Kyushu Holdings, Beijing Kyushu Zhongchuang Technology Incubator Co., Ltd., participated in the establishment of Wuhan Chuchang Tongda Industrial Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise by subscribing for 10 million yuan, accounting for 7.14% of the total subscribed capital of the industrial fund. The executing general partner of the industrial fund, Beijing Chuchang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., and the limited partner, Beijing Dianjin Investment Co., Ltd., are both subsidiary holding companies of Chuchang Investment Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the Company. Beijing Dianjin is a major shareholder of the Company with a shareholding of over 5%. Therefore, the joint investment in this transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring as defined in the "Management Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
