Four departments: promote the establishment of a high-security, high-reliability battery storage equipment system; research and develop key equipment for long-life, wide-temperature-range, low-attenuation lithium batteries, sodium batteries, and solid-state batteries.
The State Energy Administration and four other departments have issued guidelines on promoting the high-quality development of energy equipment. Among them, it is proposed to promote the establishment of a high safety, high reliability battery energy storage equipment system, develop long-life, wide temperature range, low decay lithium batteries, sodium batteries, solid-state batteries key equipment, and build low-cost long-duration vanadium-based, iron-based, organic liquid flow battery equipment systems. Breakthroughs in battery management system safety monitoring, hidden danger early warning, and active protection technology, improve the intrinsic safety performance of energy storage batteries. Breakthroughs in large-capacity, low-cost physical energy storage technology, development of high-head pump storage units and large-capacity variable speed units, research and development of high-power, high-parameter compressors and expanders and other key equipment, and low-cost, high-efficiency, long-life thermal storage key technology equipment. Develop high-efficiency flywheel energy storage, high-specific-energy, long-life supercapacitors and other short-term, high-frequency energy storage equipment, and promote engineering validation. Promote the research and development of grid-type energy storage technology, develop multi-scenario, multi-condition adaptive grid-type energy storage systems and equipment.
