The Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Baneng International Energy (08132.HK) announced that on September 19, 2025, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is applying to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region High Court for an order to disqualify four former directors under section 214 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
