CITIC Securities research report indicates that since the high point in July, the CITIC Bank Stock Index (CI005021.WI) has experienced a cumulative decline of nearly 13%, with a drop of over 4% last week. The arithmetic average static dividend yield of listed A-share banks has risen to 4.3%, while the arithmetic average static PB level has fallen to 0.61x, implying a higher equity return space. The market style and fund volatility since the second quarter have had a two-way impact on sector trends, and last week the impact of the fund was stronger than the market style, bringing opportunities to allocation-type funds. Whether based on the continuation of the slow bull market in the sector or the underallocation space for long-term funds, the absolute return space for bank stocks is beginning to emerge, and investors are advised to actively allocate.
