Shanghai Municipal Party Secretary Chen Jining meets with Director-General of UNESCO Audrey Azoulay

Chen Jining, Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, met with Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO, this morning. Huai Jinpeng, Minister of Education, also attended the meeting. They discussed further expanding cooperation in education, science and technology, culture, and other fields, actively building various platforms and channels for activities, promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning among countries, especially young people, and jointly advancing the governance of artificial intelligence education and the construction of creative city networks. Chen Jining congratulated the establishment of the UNESCO International STEM Education Research Institute in Shanghai and introduced the economic and social development of Shanghai.
