Global digital talent development and innovation base launched enrollment, planning to cultivate over 200,000 talents during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.
According to the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Global Smart Talent Development and Innovation Base made its debut at the 10th Huawei Global Connect Conference and announced the start of recruitment, planning to cultivate over 200,000 high-quality smart talents during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. From September 18th to 20th, the 10th Huawei Global Connect Conference was held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. The conference was open to the entire industry with the theme of "Industry Intelligence Upgrade," aimed at creating an open, cooperative, and shared platform. During the conference, the Global Smart Talent Development and Innovation Base was introduced and recruitment was announced. It is reported that the base, jointly created by the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's policy guidance, Huawei's technical empowerment, and the operational support of Shenzhen Talent Group, was officially unveiled on July 8th this year. The first phase of the base will focus on creating three major training platforms: the Ascend Training Center, the HarmonyOS Training Center, and the Next-Generation Connectivity Technology Center, with 7 training classrooms, over 10 training scenarios, and over 40 training projects. It will establish a complete chain of smart talent development system including "recruitment-training-certification-employment/entrepreneurship-standard output," planning to cultivate 15,000 people annually. The second phase will expand to 40,000 people per year, striving to cultivate over 200,000 high-quality smart talents during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
