Faraday Future: FF and Nasdaq-listed company Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq code: QLGN) announced today that the two parties have signed a securities purchase agreement. FF will invest in QLGN's common stock and preferred stock through a private placement (PIPE) and will fully cooperate to develop encryption and Web3 businesses. After completing the shareholder approval process, QLGN will be renamed CXC10, focusing on the three main drivers of the encryption business and Web3 ecosystem construction.
