Friendship Group: Reduce holdings by up to 2% within six months.

Jiuyou Holdings announced that the company plans to reduce its holdings of shares purchased in the first buyback of 2024 by no more than 10.48 million shares, or 2% of the total shares of the company, through centralized bidding within six months after the disclosure of this announcement. The reduction period is from October 20, 2025 to April 19, 2026. The special securities account for buybacks currently holds 31.69 million shares, accounting for 6.04%.
