The person in charge of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Bond Business Center stated at the REITs special investors exchange meeting on September 17 that for the various participants in the REITs projects who are honest, work hard to improve project operations, and actively reward investors, the Bond Business Center will fully utilize its comprehensive service advantages in the bond line to support the establishment of a good REITs platform, cultivate a group of benchmark projects trusted and recognized by investors, and create a "good project with good treatment" REITs market ecology. Regarding high-quality REITs projects, the aforementioned person in charge stated that the Shanghai Stock Exchange will fully utilize market advantages, product system advantages, and investment and financing advantages, adhere to the principle of classified supervision and management, support all parties participating in REITs to comprehensively utilize various policy measures of the exchange's bond market, strengthen market demonstration and guidance, and strive to improve and strengthen in order to create long-term returns for investors.
