Wisdom Financial News App, Goldwind Technology (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind International") and Goldwind Morocco SARL (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind Morocco") as joint suppliers, have signed a Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement with energy company Energie Eolienne du Maroc (hereinafter referred to as "EEM"). Under the agreement, Goldwind International, as the offshore supplier, is responsible for supplying the turbines in the contract and coordinating port collection and shipping work at Chinese ports; Goldwind Morocco, as the onshore supplier, is responsible for receiving goods at the destination port, inland transportation in the project host country, turbine installation, hoisting, commissioning, and subsequent operation and maintenance services, as well as providing corresponding wind turbine availability guarantees.
