Huanxin Gas established a new company, including onshore oil and natural gas extraction business.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanxi Huaxin Coalbed Methane Limited Liability Company was established, with Zhu Yunwei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Its business scope includes onshore oil and gas exploration, mineral resource exploration, gas operations, and oil and gas technical services. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Huaxin Gas Group Co., Ltd.
