According to information from SAIC Group, recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and other national ministries have made a series of decisions and arrangements around ensuring the stability of the industrial chain supply chain and promoting the high-quality development of the automotive industry. On September 15th, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers issued the "Initiative for Standardizing Payment of Accounts Payable by Automobile Manufacturers and Suppliers," proposing standardization for payment-related content in procurement contracts between automakers and supply chain companies. In June 2025, SAIC Group officially announced that the payment period for suppliers would be unified to within 60 days, and commercial acceptance bills that increase supplier financial pressure would not be used for settlement. In the future, SAIC Group will continue to actively implement the requirements of the "Regulations on Payment of Funds to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and respond to the "Initiative for Standardizing Payment of Accounts Payable by Automobile Manufacturers and Suppliers" with practical actions, focusing on key aspects such as order confirmation, delivery and acceptance, payment and settlement, and contract terms to promote the efficient circulation of funds between upstream and downstream enterprises.
