Shaanxi Province launches a three-year action plan for the cultivation of agricultural enterprises, striving to achieve full coverage of national leading enterprises at the municipal level.

According to the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Provincial Party Committee's Financial Office, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and other 9 departments jointly issued the "Three-year Action Plan for Graded Cultivation of Agricultural Enterprises in Shaanxi Province", clearly specifying through eight major actions and 22 specific measures to systematically construct a new development pattern of hierarchical cultivation, empowering the whole chain, and improving quality and efficiency of agricultural enterprises, injecting strong driving force for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the realization of modernization of agriculture and rural areas. The plan proposes that with the core directions of classified cultivation, technological innovation, green and intelligent transformation, cluster development, market expansion, income growth for farmers, financial assistance to enterprises, and element support, efforts must be made to achieve national-level leading companies covering all local levels, provincial-level leading companies covering all county levels, and to create a group of "chain-leading" enterprises with important influence nationally and internationally in technology leadership.
