Healthcare robots are quickly entering the lives of the elderly.

On September 12, walking into halls 7-8 of the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center felt like entering a future world of elderly care. A variety of robots showcased their abilities, providing thoughtful services for the elderly; a wide range of elderly-friendly equipment was available, opening visitors' eyes to new possibilities... On that day, under the guidance of the Civil Affairs Bureau, the 2025 Shenzhen International Smart Elderly Care Industry Expo and the inaugural Shenzhen Health and Rehabilitation Robot Competition, sponsored by Shenzhen Happiness Health Industry Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center Management Co., Ltd., kicked off. This year's exhibition features 7 special exhibition areas, covering smart home living, intelligent service robots and rehabilitation aids, smart healthcare, health management and anti-aging technology, smart wearables and elderly experience spaces. The exhibition areas highlight the design concept of "scenario-based, experiential, interactive", allowing visitors to experience up-close and immersive the quality and meaning of technology reshaping elderly life. Recently, the program "Economic Half Hour" conducted a deep investigation into the phenomenon of black PR in new energy vehicles. The program pointed out that the so-called "black PR, black water army" refers to the use of technical means to mass-produce rumors in the comments section to smear the brand of the company. In the program, Li Bin, the chairman of NIO, talked about his views on "black PR." He said, "The Internet Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security previously cracked down on a black PR industry gang with 23 people involved and over 200 million yuan in case funds (you can see) the investment cost is very low, so isn't it more difficult to do this (black PR) than to make cars? Research and development investment in cars is very large and involves the hard work of tens of thousands of engineers and frontline colleagues." He also mentioned that some (black PR) are very aggressive, saying "Li Bin will compensate you if you lose money, come to me to get it." Therefore, I think that the current efforts to combat this type of defamation and rumor-spreading by self-media that significantly impacts a company's reputation are insufficient." The methods used to spread rumors and smear these companies are highly similar, including using AI to generate false information, leaving abusive comments in the comment section, and pre-releasing negative news to smear the company's products. Some platforms even manipulate the titles to direct different traffic to positive and negative content. Our legal department has gathered evidence against hundreds of accounts, filed dozens of lawsuits, and is currently awaiting court hearings. Several cases have also been reported to the police and are under investigation. This joint effort by six government departments to crack down on black PR and fake online accounts requires internet platforms to strengthen their detection and control of fake accounts and malicious comments using AI technology, in order to create a clean and transparent environment for the development of the Chinese automotive industry."
