Golden Panda Award will be held in Sichuan, not just watching movies, 40 million yuan in consumption vouchers will be distributed.

On September 13, the second Golden Panda Awards will be announced in Chengdu, Sichuan. These days, Sichuan has launched the "Let's Watch Movies Together" screening activities, by showing a selection of classic films from China and abroad, launching a series of cultural and tourism initiatives to benefit the people, providing a diverse "movie-watching +" consumer experience for the residents and tourists. In the cinema unit of the "Let's Watch Movies Together" screening activities, 40 films including participating films of the Golden Panda Awards, local works from Sichuan, and classic works from China and abroad have been selected, covering 15 cinemas in cities such as Chengdu, Mianyang, and Yibin. This edition of the Golden Panda Awards has also launched a new model of "movies + culture and tourism", releasing 14 "follow the film and travel in Sichuan" tourist routes, as well as activities such as "follow the film and enjoy the cuisine", and will distribute 40 million yuan worth of movie consumption vouchers to boost cultural and tourism spending.
