Reporters learned from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on September 12 that the commission has recently revised and issued the "Regulations on the Supervision and Evaluation of Consumer Rights Protection by Financial Institutions," adjusting and optimizing the scope, elements, and procedures of the evaluation of consumer rights protection by financial institutions. This will guide and urge financial institutions to embed all requirements for protecting financial consumer rights into every aspect of their business operations and the entire process, further improving and perfecting the regulatory system for behavior, and enhancing the sense of acquisition and satisfaction of financial consumers.
