According to the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Wuhu Morson Technology Co., Ltd. applied for guidance and registration for filing on September 11, 2025 at the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau. The company plans to publicly issue shares to unspecified qualified investors and list on the North Exchange, with China Investment Securities as the guiding securities firm. The guidance registration report shows that Wuhu Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of Morson Technology, holding 42.87% of the shares directly and 2.29% indirectly.
