National Health Commission: the number of primary healthcare institutions in China has reached 1.04 million.

This morning, the State Council Information Office held a series of theme press conferences on "high-quality completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan," introducing the achievements of health development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. According to the introduction, from 2020 to 2024, the number of primary healthcare institutions increased from 970,000 to 1.04 million, the number of health personnel increased from 4.34 million to 5.26 million, and the number of diagnosis and treatment increased from 4.1 billion to 5.3 billion.
